Scope. Build. Ship.

Fixed quotes only work if the process is public. This is how an engagement runs, including the parts that usually stay in a sales deck.

01

Scope

A 90-minute call. We write a fixed quote with timeline, stack, and what is out of scope.

02

Build

Weekly demos. You see staging, not slides. Scope changes are priced before they land.

03

Ship

Production, stores, docs, and a short support window so you are not left holding a repo.

The brief

Send one paragraph: users, the first job, platforms, anything that already exists, and a date. A logo pack and “build me an Uber” is not a brief. If the scope will not sit still, we quote a paid discovery instead of a fake fixed bid.

The 90-minute call

We kill features. Users and jobs, the first release versus the fantasy roadmap, data that already exists, compliance that would block a store submit, and who signs the invoice. The first call is part of quoting. A second workshop because the first was a tour is billed.

The written quote

Inclusions, exclusions, calendar, stack, and a 40 / 40 / 20 split. The number is USD. German, Spanish, and French pages show an indicative euro amount. Work starts when you accept and the first payment lands.

Weekly staging, not slides

Every pull request gets a preview URL. You click the product. Comments go on that URL. If a flow is wrong, week two is the cheap time to say so. Production is a promote of the same artifact, not a Friday rewrite.

Scope changes

A change that is required for the original job (a payment provider that will not certify, a store rejection) is absorbed or re-quoted in the open. A new job is a one-page change: calendar, price, yes or no. Silent hour burn is how fixed price dies.

Launch and aftercare

Production, monitoring, a short runbook, and store listings when the package includes them. Thirty days of support on web products, forty-five after a mobile submit. After that, the $240 monthly slot or a new package. Unused retainer hours roll 30 days.
