- Milestone Payments: Payments made upon completion of agreed-upon milestones are non-refundable once the milestone has been approved by the client.
- Project Cancellation: If you cancel a project mid-development, you will be charged only for work completed up to the cancellation date, plus any third-party costs already incurred (hosting, licenses, etc.).
- Unused Retainer: If you have prepaid for services under a retainer agreement, unused portions may be refunded upon request, subject to a 30-day notice period.
- Satisfaction Issues: If you are unsatisfied with deliverables, we will work with you to address concerns through revisions as outlined in your service agreement before considering refunds.
