How do I get a quote?
Email hello@foundationalcreations.com with who uses the product, the first job they must complete, platforms, and a date that matters. A written USD quote goes out within 48 hours of a clear brief.

Are prices in US dollars?
Yes. Packages, retainers, and invoices are USD. German, Spanish, and French pages show an indicative euro amount. Your bank converts. We are not a payment intermediary.
What does a starting price include?
The listed scope for that package. Extra languages, a shop, a second platform, or a large data migration are quoted before they are built. The quote names inclusions and exclusions.
How fast can we start?
If the brief is clear, kickoff is usually the week after you accept the quote and the first 40 percent lands. Calendar on the site is two to twelve weeks depending on the package.
How do payments work?
USD invoices. 40 percent to start, 40 percent at staging, 20 percent at launch. The monthly build partner is billed in advance. Wire, card, or Wise.
Who owns the code?
You do, on paid-in-full delivery, except for third-party licenses and our internal tooling. The repo is yours to hire against later.
Do you work with existing codebases?
Yes. AI features and redesigns often land on products you already run. We scope against the repo, not a blank slate.
Who do we talk to?
A builder who will be on the project. There is no account-manager layer on packages under $1,450.
Where are you based, and what are the hours?
Remote, worldwide. Hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 IST. Replies within one business day. We do not fake a New York office.
Can you sign an NDA before the brief?
Yes. Send yours, or ask for ours. We will not start a quote that requires production data without one.
Do you submit to the App Store and Play?
Yes, on the $1,450 mobile launch. You own the developer accounts. Privacy labels, screenshots, and review notes are in scope. A second submit after a bounce is included.
Who pays for hosting and model tokens?
You do, on your Vercel, Netlify, AWS, or model-provider account. The quote is for our work. We will flag a token budget before an AI feature launches.
What happens after launch?
Web products include 30 days of launch support. Mobile includes 45 days after submit. Defects in the original scope are fixed in that window. New features are a retainer ($240/month) or a new package.
Will you tell us not to build?
Yes. If a $290 site or a no-code tool is the honest next step, that is the quote. A store listing is not a business.
What languages is the site in?
Marketing pages are in English, German, Spanish, and French. Contracts, policies, and the long-form guides are English. Work with us can be in English.
How do you handle security and personal data?
Auth sits in a hosted provider unless you require otherwise. Authorization is checked on every read and write. Security reports go to security@foundationalcreations.com. See the Privacy Policy for subprocessors.
