One codebase, both stores
Flutter when we start green. React Native or Expo when your web team already lives in JavaScript. Store review is part of the work, not a Friday surprise.
What the $1,450 launch covers
Cross-platform app, push notifications, analytics, App Store and Play listings, privacy nutrition labels, and 45 days after submit. You own the developer accounts. You still pay Apple and Google the store fees.
Native spikes (heavy AR, unusual Bluetooth, a SwiftUI-only widget) are named in the quote. Most booking, ops, and consumer apps do not need them on day one.

Review is a product surface
We treat listings, privacy forms, and review notes as in-scope. Screenshots come from the staging build. A test account goes in the notes. If the first submit bounces, the second is included. A third because legal copy never arrived is extra.

Release that you can repeat
The store build is not a laptop ritual. CI signs, uploads, and leaves a trail. You should be able to ship a Tuesday fix without us living in your Fastlane folder.
