Repo, auth, empty states, and the first flow on staging. You click it. If the flow is wrong, this is the cheap time to say so.
Weeks 3-5
The remaining in-scope flows, admin, and tests on money and data paths. Copy and empty states get a pass. No new epics.
Week 6
Production, monitoring, a short runbook, and the 30-day support window starts. Anything not in the quote is a new line or it waits.
